I always think of you when I see that Sundown album.
Korn played the Milwaukee Metal Fest back on the day and sold truck loads. Peeps dug the slowed down and thumpin' sounds. I think back then the Metal community thought of them as the little step brother that was doing their own thing but couldn't (and didn't want to) play in the big Metal league genres (stylistically). The alternative and hip hop influence was there for sure.
On Lane. Yes, you are right to discuss this. And no, it doesn't get discussed as much as the groped and often times retarded metoo bowel movement. Out of nearly every alcoholic and druggie (sober and not) that I personally know, only 2 weren't molested as children. There has to be a correlation. That shit is planted at a young age and festers and you just don;t realize it. It's like those parasites that take over animals and bugs. It's just all kinds of F'ed up.

Is Neko allowed to bring coconuts back? Or a small Somalian child to help out with the chores?
Cassettes will make a comeback and folks will trade them like Pokemon. Their is a large used record store in Phoenix and they sell a lot of the cassette tapes I own for quite a bit. Last one I saw was Into Eternity from Desultory for 20 bucks.

In this episode Neko and I share how our Valentines Day went as well as touch a little more on physical vs digital media with some written words by Derrick Green of Sepultura. Neko gives her input on the Numan doc "Android in La La Land" and we also discuss the netflix series Good Girls starring Christina Hendricks. Have any guilty pleasures when it comes to movies? Well, we do too and we share some of our favorites that we just cant quit. Battle vests and the metal identity, how it all plays a part in the heavy metal culture and fanbase. And a dope in Louisiana burned down some churches in order to improve his "supposed" street cred. Find out why that is not such a good idea and long played out in terms of metal achievements. The K.K Downing thing is such a catch 22. One one hand it's all he's known, on the other, you have living, breathing family members you have to be there for as well and when you get to that age, it's time to chose a side and stick to it. The 2nd option is the less selfish one (unless yer family hates you, of course).
Falling in your own puke outside of a car f...t...w.
